अथ शक्तौ तत्र अन्योन्यं शक्तितालासावीराणाम् उभयेषाम् उभयात्मकत्वेन प्रोल्लासप्रारम्भसृष्ट्यन्तशिवशक्तिप्रबोधे परस्परं व्यापारात् परमेशनियत्या च शुद्धरूपतया तत्र प्राधान्यम् एतेन च विशिष्टचक्रस्यापि शक्तित्वं व्याख्यातम् तत्र शिखाबन्धव्याप्त्यैव पूजनं शक्तित्रयान्तम् आसनं कोणत्रये मध्ये विसर्गशक्तिः इति तु व्याप्तौ विशेषः

Transliteration (IAST)

atha śaktau tatra anyonyaṃ śaktitālāsāvīrāṇām ubhayeṣām ubhayātmakatvena prollāsaprārambhasṛṣṭyantaśivaśaktiprabodhe parasparaṃ vyāpārāt parameśaniyatyā ca śuddharūpatayā tatra prādhānyam etena ca viśiṣṭacakrasyāpi śaktitvaṃ vyākhyātam tatra śikhābandhavyāptyaiva pūjanaṃ śaktitrayāntam āsanaṃ koṇatraye madhye visargaśaktiḥ iti tu vyāptau viśeṣaḥ

— now, (worship) in the consort (Śakti) ; — of both — the Śakti and the hero (vīra) ; — by their being of dual nature (each containing both) ; — in the awakening of Śiva and Śakti, from the onset of upsurge to the close of emission ; — because of their reciprocal activity ; — through the Supreme Lord's determination, by reason of purity of form ; — therein the (Śakti's) pre-eminence ; — the being-a-Śakti even of a particular wheel (assembly) ; — the seat ending in the triad of powers ; — in the three corners, in the center the power of emission (visarga) ; — a distinction in the pervasion

Now, (worship) in the consort. There, of both the Śakti and the hero — each being of dual nature — through their reciprocal activity in the awakening of Śiva and Śakti, from the onset of upsurge to the close of emission, and through the Supreme Lord's determination, by reason of purity of form, the Śakti holds pre-eminence. By this too the being-a-Śakti even of a particular assembly is explained. There the worship is by the pervasion of the flame-binding, and the seat ends in the triad of powers; but the distinction in the pervasion is this: in the three corners, and in the center the power of emission.
