22.16

एवं स्वदेहे तत्रैव चक्रे ततो ब्रह्मरन्ध्राद्यनुचक्रेषु

Transliteration (IAST)

evaṃ svadehe tatraiva cakre tato brahmarandhrādyanucakreṣu

— likewise, in one's own body ; — in that very (central) wheel ; — in the subsidiary wheels beginning with the brahma-aperture (crown)

Likewise (worship is performed) in one's own body — in that very central wheel, and then in the subsidiary wheels beginning with the brahma-aperture at the crown.
