अथ समस्ता इयम् उपासा समुन्मिषत्तादृशदृढवासनारूढान् अधिकारिणः प्रति श्रीमत्कौलिकप्रक्रियया निरूप्यते तत्र उक्तं योगसञ्चारादौ आनन्दं ब्रह्म तद्देहे त्रिधौष्ट्यान्त्यव्यवस्थितम्

Transliteration (IAST)

atha samastā iyam upāsā samunmiṣattādṛśadṛḍhavāsanārūḍhān adhikāriṇaḥ prati śrīmatkaulikaprakriyayā nirūpyate tatra uktaṃ yogasañcārādau ānandaṃ brahma taddehe tridhauṣṭyāntyavyavasthitam

— this entire worship ; — those established in such a firm latent disposition (vāsanā) that is awakening ; — with regard to the qualified aspirants ; — by the venerable Kaula method ; — is set forth ; — in the Yogasañcāra and other (scriptures) ; — bliss is brahman ; — in that body ; — situated threefold, ending at the lips

Now this entire worship is set forth, with regard to those qualified aspirants who are established in such a firm awakening latent disposition, by the venerable Kaula method. On this it is said in the Yogasañcāra and other (scriptures): "Bliss is brahman, situated threefold in that body, terminating at the lips.
