13.45

तत्र सर्वोपकरणपूर्णं यागगृहं विधाय भगवतीं मालिनीं मातृकां वा स्मृत्वा तद्वर्णतेजःपुञ्जभरितं गृहीतं भावयन् पुष्पाञ्जलिं क्षिपेत्

Transliteration (IAST)

tatra sarvopakaraṇapūrṇaṃ yāgagṛhaṃ vidhāya bhagavatīṃ mālinīṃ mātṛkāṃ vā smṛtvā tadvarṇatejaḥpuñjabharitaṃ gṛhītaṃ bhāvayan puṣpāñjaliṃ kṣipet

— filled with all the implements ; — having prepared the worship-house ; — the Mālinī or the Mātṛkā (the phoneme-goddesses) ; — having called to mind ; — filled with the mass of radiance of those phonemes ; — contemplating (the house) as taken up (so filled) ; — should cast a handful of flowers

There, having prepared the worship-house filled with all the implements, and having called to mind the blessed Mālinī or the Mātṛkā, contemplating (the house) as taken up and brimming with the mass of radiance of those phonemes, he should cast a handful of flowers.
