Transliteration (IAST)

tata uktāstrajaptāni yathāsambhavaṃ siddhārthadhānyākṣatalājādīni tejorūpāṇi vikīrya aiśānyāṃ diśi krameṇa saṅghaṭṭayet iti bhūparigrahaḥ

— charged by reciting the aforesaid Weapon-mantra ; — white mustard, grain, unbroken rice, parched grain, and the like ; — in the form of radiance ; — having scattered ; — in the north-eastern (Īśāna) direction ; — should bring (them) together (in sequence) ; — the taking-possession of the ground

Then, having scattered — charged by reciting the aforesaid Weapon-mantra, as far as possible — white mustard, grain, unbroken rice, parched grain, and the like, in the form of radiance, he should bring (them) together in sequence in the north-eastern direction. This is the taking-possession of the ground.
