13.11

एवं क्रियाक्रमेणापि परमेश्वरीकृतसमस्तकारकः तयैव दृशा सर्वक्रियाः पश्यन् विनापि प्रमुखज्ञानयोगाभ्यां परमेश्वर एव भवति

Transliteration (IAST)

evaṃ kriyākrameṇāpi parameśvarīkṛtasamastakārakaḥ tayaiva dṛśā sarvakriyāḥ paśyan vināpi pramukhajñānayogābhyāṃ parameśvara eva bhavati

— even by the course of ritual action ; — having made all the case-factors into the Supreme Lord ; — with that very vision ; — seeing all actions ; — foremost knowledge and yoga ; — becomes the Supreme Lord himself

Thus, even by the course of ritual action — having made all the case-factors into the Supreme Lord and seeing all actions with that very vision — he becomes the Supreme Lord himself, even without the foremost (means of) knowledge and yoga.
