तथा यत्परमार्थेन येन यत्र यथा स्थितम् ।
तत्तथा बलमाक्रम्य न चिरात्सम्प्रवर्तते ॥५॥
tathā yat paramārthena yena yatra yathā sthitam |
tat tathā balam ākramya na cirāt sampravartate ||

— likewise; — what(ever); — in highest truth; — by which (means); — in which (place); — in which manner; — established; — that; — so, in that manner; — having taken hold of (Spanda) power; — before long; — comes about
Likewise, that which truly exists — by whatever means, wherever, and in whatever manner — taking hold of its (Spanda) power, it comes about before long.
