शब्दराशिसमुत्थस्य शक्तिवर्गस्य भोग्यताम् । कलाविलुप्तविभवो गतः सन्स पशुः स्मृतः ॥१३॥
śabda-rāśi-samutthasya śakti-vargasya bhogyatām | kalā-vilupta-vibhavo gataḥ san sa paśuḥ smṛtaḥ ||
anuṣṭubh
— (of the powers) arising from the heap of phonemes ; — of the group of powers ; — the state of being enjoyed ; — whose glory is concealed by kalā (the limiting power) ; — gone (to) ; — being ; — he ; — the bound soul (literally, beast) ; — is called, is reckoned

He who, his innate glory concealed by limited power (kalā), becomes object of enjoyment for the group of powers arising from the heap of phonemes — he is called paśu (bound soul).
