7.83
तथापि कोशहेमादिसादृश्यं योगसत्यता । शिवोऽस्मीति मदिच्छातः सर्वभावप्रवर्तनम् ॥८३॥
tathāpi kośahemādisādṛśyaṃ yogasatyatā | śivo'smīti madicchātaḥ sarvabhāvapravartanam
— nevertheless ; — a likeness to (assaying) gold in the crucible and the like ; — the verifying of the union ; — 'I am Śiva' ; — thus ; — from my own will ; — the setting-in-motion of all things

Nevertheless, the verifying of the union is like (assaying) gold in the crucible and the like: (with the conviction) 'I am Śiva,' from my own will (proceeds) the setting-in-motion of all things.
