प्रसरेन्नादबिन्द्वादिसापेक्षा चेदनीश्वरी ॥४२॥
prasarennādabindvādisāpekṣā cedanīśvarī
— it would stream forth ; — dependent on resonance, point, and so on ; — if ; — not sovereign

If it streams forth (only) in dependence on resonance, point, and the rest, then it is not sovereign (and so cannot be the supreme Brahman).
