आद्यन्तरहितम् बीजं विकसत् तिथिमध्यगम् । हृत्पद्मान्तर्गतं ध्यायेत् सोमांशुं नित्यम् अभ्यस्येत् ॥३४॥
ādyantarahitam bījaṃ vikasat tithimadhyagam | hṛtpadmāntargataṃ dhyāyet somāṃśuṃ nityam abhyasyet
— free of beginning and end (ādi-anta-rahita) ; — the seed-syllable ; — unfolding, blossoming ; — situated in the midst of the tithis (the vowels) ; — contained within the lotus of the heart (hṛt-padma) ; — should meditate upon ; — the moon-ray (soma-aṃśu, the lunar nectar-beam) ; — constantly, perpetually ; — should practice, should cultivate

He should meditate upon the seed-syllable, free of beginning and end, unfolding, set in the midst of the tithis, contained within the lotus of the heart — the moon-ray — and should practice it constantly.
