योगी युञ्जीत सततमात्मानं रहसि स्थितः ।
एकाकी यतचित्तात्मा निराशीरपरिग्रहः ॥
६-११ ॥
yogī yuñjīta satatamātmānaṃ rahasi sthitaḥ |
ekākī yatacittātmā nirāśīraparigrahaḥ ||
6-11 ||
— let the yogin yoke himself constantly ; — abiding in solitude ; — alone, his mind and self controlled ; — free of expectation and possession Let the yogin constantly yoke himself, abiding in solitude, alone, his mind and self controlled, free of expectation and of possessions.
