यथा नरेषु तन्त्रज्ञाः सरितां जान्हवी यथा । यथाऽहं त्रिदिवेशानामागमानामिदं तथा ॥३०॥
yathā nareṣu tantrajñāḥ saritāṃ jānhavī yathā | yathā'haṃ tridiveśānāmāgamānāmidaṃ tathā ||30||
— as ; — among men ; — knowers of the Tantra ; — among rivers ; — the Gaṅgā (Jāhnavī) ; — as ; — as I (am foremost) ; — among the lords of heaven ; — among the Āgamas ; — this (work) ; — so

As the knowers of the Tantra are foremost among men, as the Gaṅgā among rivers, as I am foremost among the lords of heaven, so is this work foremost among the Āgamas.
