किं वेदैः किं पुराणैश्च किं शास्त्रैर्बहुभिः शिवे । विज्ञातेऽस्मिन् महातन्त्रे सर्वसिद्धीश्वरो भवेत् ॥३१॥
kiṃ vedaiḥ kiṃ purāṇaiśca kiṃ śāstrairbahubhiḥ śive | vijñāte'smin mahātantre sarvasiddhīśvaro bhavet ||31||
— what (use) ; — with the Vedas ; — what ; — and with the Purāṇas ; — what ; — with the (other) scriptures ; — many ; — O Śivā ; — when (this) is fully known ; — this ; — the great Tantra ; — master of all attainments ; — would become

What use are the Vedas, the Purāṇas, or the many other scriptures, O Śivā? When this great Tantra is fully known, one becomes master of all attainments.
