2.32

यतो जगन्मङ्गलाय त्वयाऽहं विनियोजितः । अतस्ते कथयिष्यामि यद्विश्वहितकृद्भवेत् ॥३२॥

yato jaganmaṅgalāya tvayā'haṃ viniyojitaḥ | ataste kathayiṣyāmi yadviśvahitakṛdbhavet ||32||

— since ; — for the welfare of the world ; — by you ; — I ; — have been appointed ; — therefore ; — to you ; — I shall tell ; — what works the welfare of all ; — may be

Since you have appointed me for the welfare of the world, I shall therefore tell you what may work the welfare of all.
