— at heart, throat, palate, brow, aperture (of the skull), and dvādaśānta ; — named Brahmā, Viṣṇu, Rudra, Īśa, Sadāśiva, and Anāśrita ; — the six causal (deities) ; — at heart, root-bulb, bliss-center, contraction, expansion, and dvādaśānta ; — the lords of childhood, youth, old age, death, rebirth, and liberation

And just as, at the heart, throat, palate, brow, cranial aperture, and dvādaśānta, there is the sextet of causal deities named Brahmā, Viṣṇu, Rudra, Īśa, Sadāśiva, and Anāśrita, so too in the apāna, at the heart, root-bulb, bliss-center, contraction, expansion, and dvādaśānta, these are the lords of childhood, youth, old age, death, rebirth, and liberation.
