6.43

यत् तु श्रीकण्ठनाथस्य स्वम् आयुः तत् कञ्चुकवासिनां रुद्राणां दिनं तावती रजनी तेषां यद् आयुः तत् गहनेशदिनं तावती एव क्षपा तस्यां च समस्तम् एव मायायां विलीयते

Transliteration (IAST)

yat tu śrīkaṇṭhanāthasya svam āyuḥ tat kañcukavāsināṃ rudrāṇāṃ dinaṃ tāvatī rajanī teṣāṃ yad āyuḥ tat gahaneśadinaṃ tāvatī eva kṣapā tasyāṃ ca samastam eva māyāyāṃ vilīyate

— of the Lord Śrīkaṇṭha ; — his own lifespan ; — of those dwelling in the sheaths (kañcukas) ; — of the Rudras ; — a single day ; — the night ; — a day of Gahaneśa (the Lord of the Depth) ; — the night ; — in māyā ; — is dissolved

Now, what is the own lifespan of the Lord Śrīkaṇṭha is a single day of the Rudras dwelling in the sheaths, and their night is of equal length. What is their lifespan is a single day of Gahaneśa, and his night is of just that length; and in it the whole is dissolved into māyā.
