4.45

तस्मात् वैदिकात् प्रभृति पारमेश्वरसिद्धान्ततन्त्रकुलोच्छुष्मादिशास्त्रोक्तो ऽपि यो नियमो विधिः वा निषेधो वा सो ऽत्र यावद् अकिञ्चित्कर एव इति सिद्धम्

Transliteration (IAST)

tasmāt vaidikāt prabhṛti pārameśvarasiddhāntatantrakulocchuṣmādiśāstrokto 'pi yo niyamo vidhiḥ vā niṣedho vā so 'tra yāvad akiñcitkara eva iti siddham

— beginning from the Vedic ; — taught in the scriptures of the Pārameśvara, Siddhānta, Tantra, Kula, Ucchuṣma, and the like ; — a rule, an injunction, or a prohibition ; — ultimately of no consequence ; — it is established

Therefore it is established that here, whatever rule, injunction, or prohibition is taught — beginning from the Vedic, and on through the scriptures of the Pārameśvara, Siddhānta, Tantra, Kula, Ucchuṣma, and the rest — is ultimately of no consequence.
