ततः पुनः क्रियाशक्त्यन्ते सर्वं कार्यभूतं यावत् अनुत्तरे प्रवेक्ष्यति तावद् एव पूर्वं संवेदनसारतया प्रकाशमात्रत्वेन बिन्दुतया आस्ते अम् इति

Transliteration (IAST)

tataḥ punaḥ kriyāśaktyante sarvaṃ kāryabhūtaṃ yāvat anuttare pravekṣyati tāvad eva pūrvaṃ saṃvedanasāratayā prakāśamātratvena bindutayā āste am iti

— at the end of the power of action ; — that which has become effect (the produced) ; — is about to enter into the Absolute ; — as having pure cognition for its essence ; — as mere Light ; — in the form of the point/drop (bindu, the anusvāra ṃ) ; — abides, remains

Then again, at the end of the power of action, the whole of what has become effect, before it is about to enter into the Absolute, abides first as having pure cognition for its essence, as mere Light, in the form of the point (bindu) — that is, ṃ.
