14.19

अत्र च सर्वत्र वासनाग्रहणम् एव भेदकम् मन्त्राणां वासनानुगुण्येन तत्तत्कार्यकारित्वात्

Transliteration (IAST)

atra ca sarvatra vāsanāgrahaṇam eva bhedakam mantrāṇāṃ vāsanānuguṇyena tattatkāryakāritvāt

— and here, in every case ; — the grasping of the intention alone ; — the differentiating factor ; — of the mantras ; — in accordance with the intention ; — because they bring about their respective effects

And here, in every case, it is the grasping of the intention alone that is the differentiating factor, since the mantras bring about their respective effects in accordance with that intention.
