13.18

तत्र परमेश्वरस्वातन्त्र्यम् एव मूर्त्याभासनया दिक्तत्त्वम् अवभासयति

Transliteration (IAST)

tatra parameśvarasvātantryam eva mūrtyābhāsanayā diktattvam avabhāsayati

— the autonomy of the Supreme Lord ; — by the manifestation of an embodied form ; — the principle of direction (space) ; — makes manifest, causes to appear

There it is the autonomy of the Supreme Lord alone that, by the manifestation of an embodied form, makes the principle of direction appear.
