3.20
त्रिषु चतुर्थं तैलवदासेच्यम् ॥२०॥
triṣu caturthaṃ tailavad āsecyam
sūtra
— into the three (states: waking, dream, deep sleep) ; — the fourth (turya) ; — like oil ; — is to be poured/infused

The Fourth (state) should be infused like oil into the three (states of waking, dream, and deep sleep).
