न बुद्धिभेदं जनयेदज्ञानां कर्मसङ्गिनाम् । जोषयेत् सर्वकर्माणि विद्वान्युक्तः समाचरन् ॥ ३-२६ ॥
na buddhibhedaṃ janayedajñānāṃ karmasaṅginām | joṣayet sarvakarmāṇi vidvānyuktaḥ samācaran || 3-26 ||
— let him not produce confusion of intelligence ; — in the ignorant who are attached to action ; — let him make them enjoy all actions ; — the wise one, yoked, himself acting

Let the wise one not unsettle the minds of the ignorant who are attached to action; himself yoked and acting, let him inspire them to perform all their actions.
