सर्वे देवाश्च देव्यश्च तन्मयाः सुरवन्दिते । आब्रह्मस्तम्बपर्यन्तं तन्मयं सकलं जगत् ॥४६॥
sarve devāśca devyaśca tanmayāḥ suravandite | ābrahmastambaparyantaṃ tanmayaṃ sakalaṃ jagat ||46||
— all ; — the gods ; — and the goddesses ; — consist of him ; — O you adored by the gods ; — from Brahmā down to a clump of grass ; — consists of him ; — the whole ; — world

All the gods and goddesses consist of him, O you adored by the gods; from Brahmā down to a clump of grass, the whole world consists of him.
