न च तौ न स्तः देहोद्धूलनविसर्गादिदर्शनात्

Transliteration (IAST)

na ca tau na staḥ dehoddhūlanavisargādidarśanāt

— those two (smell and touch) ; — do not exist (here negated: it is not that they do not exist) ; — because of the observed smearing of the body, emission, and the like

And yet it is not that those two do not exist at all, since one observes such things as the smearing of the body, emission, and the like.
