Transliteration (IAST)

evaṃ jālaprayogākṛṣṭo jīvo dārbhaṃ jātīphalādi vā śarīraṃ samāviṣṭo bhavati na ca spandate manaḥpraṇādisāmagryabhāvāt tadanudhyānabalāt tu spandate 'pi tādṛśe 'pi tasmin pūrvavat prokṣaṇādisaṃskāraḥ pūrṇāhutiyojanikāntaḥ

— drawn in by the ritual of the Net ; — the soul ; — a body made of darbha-grass ; — a nutmeg or the like ; — having entered into, having taken possession of ; — and it does not stir (move) ; — from the absence of the full apparatus of mind, breath, and the rest ; — by the force of meditation upon it ; — it does even stir ; — the sacrament of sprinkling and the rest ; — ending with the conjoining of the full oblation (pūrṇāhuti)

Thus the soul, drawn in by the ritual of the Net, comes to occupy a body made of darbha-grass, or a nutmeg or the like, and does not stir, for it lacks the full apparatus of mind, breath, and the rest; yet by the force of meditation upon it, it even stirs. And upon it, in such a state, is performed as before the sacrament of sprinkling and the rest, ending with the conjoining of the full oblation.
