शिव एवानया स्थित्या सत्यया याग उत्तमः । येन येन यत्र यत्र यैर्यैर्यदिह चेज्यते ॥९७॥
śiva evānayā sthityā satyayā yāga uttamaḥ | yena yena yatra yatra yairyairyadiha cejyate
— Śiva alone ; — by this (settled) standpoint ; — true ; — is the supreme sacrifice ; — by whatever (means) ; — wherever ; — by whatever (instruments) ; — whatever ; — here ; — and ; — is offered in sacrifice

By this true standpoint Śiva alone is the supreme sacrifice; by whatever (means), wherever, by whatever (instruments), whatever is here offered in sacrifice (— it is all Śiva, as the next verse states).
