विभेदेष्वपि तद्व्याप्त्याभेदेष्वप्येकता स्थिता ।
इच्छावन्तः सर्व एव व्यापकाश्च समस्तकाः ॥४॥
vibhedeṣvapi tadvyāptyābhedeṣvapyekatā sthitā |
icchāvantaḥ sarva eva vyāpakāśca samastakāḥ
Even amid differentiations — and even amid the non-different — oneness stands (established) through its (Śiva's) pervasion. All alike are possessed of will, all-pervading, and each entire.
