धर्माधर्मैश्च संबन्धस्तथा तच्छिवसंस्थितेः । तत्फलाफलयोगेन युक्तता तस्य तत्स्थितेः ॥७९॥
dharmādharmaiśca saṃbandhastathā tacchivasaṃsthiteḥ | tatphalāphalayogena yuktatā tasya tatsthiteḥ
— with merits and demerits ; — and ; — connection ; — likewise ; — because of that abiding of Śiva ; — through the conjunction of their fruit and fruitlessness ; — appropriateness ; — his ; — because of his abiding so

The connection with merits and demerits likewise (holds) because of that abiding of Śiva (as them); and the appropriateness (of his enjoying) their fruit and non-fruit (follows) from his abiding as that.
