3.24
मात्रास्वप्रत्ययसन्धाने नष्टस्य पुनरुत्थानम् ॥२४॥
mātrāsva-pratyaya-sandhāne naṣṭasya punar-utthānam
sūtra
— in union with the cognition of (one's own) measures (of object-experience) ; — of what was lost (the turya state) ; — rising again

By joining (turya) with the cognition of objects, what was lost rises again.
