yatra yatra kathañcit tu kartṛkarmaviviktatā |
tatra tatra śivāvasthā vyāpakatvāt kva yāsyati
anuṣṭubh
— wherever; — in any manner whatsoever; — discrimination of agent from action arises; — there, in every such case; — the state of Śiva; — owing to (his) all-pervasiveness; — where could it possibly go?
Wherever, in any way, there is separation between doer and deed — there too is the Śiva-state. Because of its all-pervasiveness, where can it go?
