yatra yatrātmanas tuṣṭir manas tatraiva dhārayet |
tatra tatra parānandasvarūpaṃ sampravartate
anuṣṭubh
— wherever; — satisfaction of the Self (occurs); — the mind; — right there; — one should hold; — there, in every such place; — the own-nature of supreme bliss; — rolls forth fully
Wherever the self finds satisfaction — there the mind should be held. There and there, the very form of supreme bliss manifests.
