उदाने तु द्वादशान्तावधिश् चारः स्पन्दमात्रात्मनः कालस्य

Transliteration (IAST)

udāne tu dvādaśāntāvadhiś cāraḥ spandamātrātmanaḥ kālasya

— in the udāna (the upward-rising breath) ; — bounded by the dvādaśānta ; — the course ; — of (Time) whose nature is mere vibration ; — of Time

But in the udāna, the course of Time — whose nature is mere vibration — is bounded by the dvādaśānta.
