5.1

तत्र यदा विकल्पः स्वयम् एव संस्कारम् आत्मनि उपायान्तरनिरपेक्षतयैव कर्तुं प्रभवति तदा असौ पाशवव्यापारात् प्रच्युतः शुद्धविद्यानुग्रहेण परमेशशक्तिरूपताम् आपन्न उपायतया अवलम्ब्यमानः शाक्तं ज्ञानम् आविर्भावयति

Transliteration (IAST)

tatra yadā vikalpaḥ svayam eva saṃskāram ātmani upāyāntaranirapekṣatayaiva kartuṃ prabhavati tadā asau pāśavavyāpārāt pracyutaḥ śuddhavidyānugraheṇa parameśaśaktirūpatām āpanna upāyatayā avalambyamānaḥ śāktaṃ jñānam āvirbhāvayati

— the conceptual construct ; — purification, refinement ; — without dependence on any other means ; — fallen away from the activity of a bound soul (paśu) ; — by the grace of pure wisdom (śuddhavidyā) ; — having attained the form of the Supreme Lord's power ; — being relied upon as a means ; — the Śākta knowledge (knowledge belonging to the way of power) ; — brings to manifestation

Now, when the conceptual construct becomes able of itself to effect its own refinement within, without dependence on any other means, then — fallen away from the activity of a bound soul, attaining through the grace of pure wisdom the form of the Supreme Lord's power, and being relied upon as the means — it brings to manifestation the Śākta knowledge.
