13.100

मन्त्राभ्यासे नित्यपूजायां श्रवणे ऽध्ययने अधिकारी नैमित्तिके तु सर्वत्र गुरुम् एव अभ्यर्थयेत्

Transliteration (IAST)

mantrābhyāse nityapūjāyāṃ śravaṇe 'dhyayane adhikārī naimittike tu sarvatra gurum eva abhyarthayet

— in the practice of the mantra ; — in the regular worship ; — in hearing and study ; — he is qualified (entitled) ; — in the occasional rite ; — should request the guru himself

In the practice of the mantra, in the regular worship, in hearing and in study, he is qualified; but in every occasional rite he should request the guru himself.
