अतिक्रुद्धः प्रहृष्टो वा किं करोमीति वा मृशन् । धावन्वा यत्पदं गच्छेत्तत्र स्पन्दः प्रतिष्ठितः ॥२२॥
atikruddhaḥ prahṛṣṭo vā kiṃ karomīti vā mṛśan | dhāvan vā yat-padaṃ gacchet tatra spandaḥ pratiṣṭhitaḥ ||
anuṣṭubh
— extremely angry ; — exceedingly delighted ; — or ; — 'what shall I do?' ; — thus (closing the quoted reflection) ; — or ; — deliberating ; — running ; — or ; — the state which (one reaches) ; — may go, reaches ; — there (in that state) ; — the Spanda principle (the divine pulsation) ; — is established

Whether one is extremely enraged or overjoyed, perplexed thinking 'what shall I do?', or running for one's life — in the very state to which one arrives, Spanda is firmly established.
