1.21 शुद्धविद्योदयाच्चक्रेशत्वसिद्धिः ॥२१॥ śuddha-vidyodayāc cakreśatva-siddhiḥ sūtra śuddha-vidyā-udayāt — from the arising of Pure Wisdom (śuddhavidyā) ; cakra-īśatva-siddhiḥ — attainment of lordship over the wheel (of śaktis) By the arising of Pure Wisdom, mastery of the wheel of (śaktis) is attained.
