स चैको द्विरूपस्त्रिमयश्चतुरात्मा सप्तपञ्चकस्वभावः ॥७॥

sa caiko dvi-rūpas tri-mayaś catur-ātmā sapta-pañcaka-svabhāvaḥ

sūtra

— he (the experient) ; — and ; — one (in essence) ; — of two forms (Śiva–Śakti) ; — consisting of three (āṇava/śākta/śāmbhava or three malas) ; — having four selves (the four states of consciousness) ; — the seven pentads ; — is of that own nature

He, though one, has two forms, three modes, four selves, and the nature of seven pentads.
