अहं वैश्वानरो भूत्वा प्राणिनां देहमास्थितः ।
प्राणापानसमायुक्तः पचाम्यन्नं चतुर्विधम् ॥
१५-१४ ॥
ahaṃ vaiśvānaro bhūtvā prāṇināṃ dehamāsthitaḥ |
prāṇāpānasamāyuktaḥ pacāmyannaṃ caturvidham ||
15-14 ||
Having become the digestive fire abiding in the body of living beings, joined with the in-breath and the out-breath, I digest the fourfold food.
