3.43

न्यसेन्न्यासोक्तविधिना साधकः सुसमाहितः । हृदादिकरपर्यन्तमेवमेव विधीयते ॥४३॥

nyasennyāsoktavidhinā sādhakaḥ susamāhitaḥ | hṛdādikaraparyantamevameva vidhīyate ||43||

— should place (in nyāsa) ; — by the prescribed rule of nyāsa ; — the aspirant ; — well-composed, fully concentrated ; — from the heart to the hands ; — just so ; — is prescribed

The aspirant, fully composed, should perform the nyāsa by the prescribed rule; from the heart to the hands, it is enjoined just so.
