सर्वमन्त्रोत्तमः साक्षाद्धर्मार्थकाममोक्षदः ।
नात्र सिद्धाद्यपेक्षाऽस्ति नारिमित्रादिदूषणम् ॥१४॥
sarvamantrottamaḥ sākṣāddharmārthakāmamokṣadaḥ |
nātra siddhādyapekṣā'sti nārimitrādidūṣaṇam ||14||
It is the highest of all mantras, directly the giver of dharma, wealth, pleasure, and liberation; herein there is no requirement of preliminary siddhi and the rest, nor any fault of the mantra being 'hostile', 'friendly', and so on.
