1.61

यथा तथोपदेशेन क्रियते मरुतां लयः । तथा तथा मनो ज्ञेयं तदवस्थापदं व्रजेत् ॥६१॥

yathā tathopadeśena kriyate marutāṃ layaḥ | tathā tathā mano jñeyaṃ tadavasthāpadaṃ vrajet

anuṣṭubh

— in whatever way ; — by instruction ; — is brought about ; — the dissolution of the breaths ; — in that very way ; — the mind is to be known ; — (the yogin) goes to the seat of that state

In whichever manner, by instruction, the dissolution of the breaths is brought about — in that very manner the mind, the to-be-known, approaches the place of that state.
