सर्वतः स्वशरीरस्य द्वादशान्ते मनोलयात् ।
दृढबुद्धेर्दृढीभूतं तत्त्वलक्ष्यं प्रवर्तते ॥४५॥
sarvataḥ svaśarīrasya dvādaśānte manolayāt |
dṛḍhabuddher dṛḍhībhūtaṃ tattvalakṣyaṃ pravartate

By absorbing the mind from every side of one's own body at the dvādaśānta, for one of firm conviction, the target — Reality — becomes firmly manifest.
