6.45

एवं यः अव्यक्तकालः तं दशभिः परार्धैः गुणयित्वा मायादिनं कथयेत् तावती रात्रिः

Transliteration (IAST)

evaṃ yaḥ avyaktakālaḥ taṃ daśabhiḥ parārdhaiḥ guṇayitvā māyādinaṃ kathayet tāvatī rātriḥ

— the duration of the Unmanifest ; — by ten parārdhas ; — having multiplied ; — a day of māyā ; — one should declare ; — the night

Thus, the duration of the Unmanifest — having multiplied it by ten parārdhas, one should declare it a day of māyā; and the night is of equal length.
