तत्र मुख्या स्पन्दनरूपता सङ्कोचविकासात्मतया यामलरूपतोदयेन विसर्गकलाविश्रान्तिलाभात् इत्य् अलम्

Transliteration (IAST)

tatra mukhyā spandanarūpatā saṅkocavikāsātmatayā yāmalarūpatodayena visargakalāviśrāntilābhāt ity alam

— the primary nature as vibration ; — by virtue of being of the nature of contraction and expansion ; — through the rise of the paired (yāmala) form ; — from gaining repose in the emissive phase (visarga-kalā) ; — enough of this

Therein the primary nature as vibration [obtains], by virtue of being of the nature of contraction and expansion, through the rise of the paired form, from gaining repose in the emissive phase. But enough of this.
