4.15

अभ्यासश् च परे तत्त्वे शिवात्मनि स्वस्वभावे न सम्भवत्य् एव

Transliteration (IAST)

abhyāsaś ca pare tattve śivātmani svasvabhāve na sambhavaty eva

— repeated practice ; — with respect to the supreme reality ; — whose self is Śiva ; — which is one's own essential nature ; — is not possible

And repeated practice is simply not possible with respect to the supreme reality, whose self is Śiva and which is one's own essential nature.
