3.23

इत्य् एव एष भगवान् अनुत्तर एव कुलेश्वररूपः

Transliteration (IAST)

ity eva eṣa bhagavān anuttara eva kuleśvararūpaḥ

— this Lord ; — the Absolute itself ; — having the form of the Lord of the Kula (the totality)

Thus this Lord is just the Absolute itself, having the form of the Lord of the Kula.
