21.11

तह होहि जहुत्तिण पसिद्धिरूढिए परमसिवो

Transliteration (IAST)

taha hohi jahuttiṇa pasiddhirūḍhie paramasivo

— then, in that way ; — he becomes ; — transcending the common people (the crowd) ; — established in (that) conviction ; — the Supreme Śiva

then, established in a conviction that transcends the common crowd, he becomes the Supreme Śiva.
