अर्घपात्रेण च प्रोक्षणम् एव तिलाज्यादीनां संस्कारः

Transliteration (IAST)

arghapātreṇa ca prokṣaṇam eva tilājyādīnāṃ saṃskāraḥ

— with the argha-vessel ; — the sprinkling ; — of the sesame, clarified butter, and the rest ; — the consecration

And the consecration of the sesame, clarified butter, and the rest is simply the sprinkling with the argha-vessel.
