13.61

स्रुक्स्रुवयोश् च परमेशाभेददृष्टिर् एव हि संस्कारः

Transliteration (IAST)

sruksruvayoś ca parameśābhedadṛṣṭir eva hi saṃskāraḥ

— of the two ladles (the sruk and the sruva) ; — the vision of non-difference from the Supreme Lord ; — the consecration

And the consecration of the two ladles is simply the vision of (their) non-difference from the Supreme Lord.
